It is perfect first step to practice for those who never do any exercise before and want to start. What you do, you just follow simple instruction. Preparation practice. For the beginning pick up make a chair, make sure it is sturdy and able to handle your weight. Carefully sit on the of the edge of the chair, make sure your feet are firmly on the floor. Put hands on the top of the knees. Erect your spinal to create position of eye as you look looking far away, that will help remind in position longer. Remind you deposition for as long as you are comfortable.
