I believe that experience is the best teacher. So instead of an explanation, invite you to practice together. Join me and and create your own experience.



We are starting from the legs clapping exercise. That you should already know. I hope you enjoy that experience and the next step.
Starting from clapping legs position make you clapping slow. Start counting how many times your leg clap. One. Two. Three ...... Continue as long as you can until you lose count. That will be your first success end also challenge.
Please note how many times clapping will last. That will be your measurement of progress. Are you losing the count? do not desperate; continue "practice makes the master"
Anytime you practice, that is a challenge to your memory. Gradually you will memorize a growing number of counts, And that is a sign of your memory getting better.
After one or two days, you will not feel much different. This exercise offers long engagement and extended-lasting benefits.
