Practicing focus and emotional balance.
I have a special connection with the dragons; my dragon saga continues.
First
Start sitting back in the chair, hands on the tops of your knees, and spend some time practicing the previous exercise. That is very important as a clutching dragon in you; also, you need time to relax your body and mind.
Second
It is up to you how long this preparation stage lasts. Do that as long as you feel you are ready to go further. Give yourself some time.
Third
Begin to increase the range of back-and-forth stretching movements. Do it slowly, and gradually observe changes in your breathing.
Forth
Bring your two hands to your chest in a praying position. Gently hold your hands together and remain in position for a moment. Did you notice they are moving very slowly? That is a natural movement; you didn't do that, but it's happening. Do nothing, just stay in a position and enjoy.
After a time, you will notice that your breathing rhythm changes and a general feeling of relaxation follows.
Fifth
Holding your hands together, start moving them left and right by about 30 degrees, keeping your eyes on the joined palms for about 2 minutes. You are exercising patience, awareness, and deeper breathing in sync with your movement.
Do not rush anything; you are working on the best achievement, the moment of relaxation. Did you notice there aren't many disturbing thoughts? You can come back to this practice anytime you wish.
