Practicing focus and emotional balance.
I have a special connection with the dragons, my saga of dragons continue .
First
Start sit back on the chair, hands are on the top of the knees and spend some time practicing previous exercise. That is very important as a clutching dragon in you also you need time for relaxing your body and mind
Second
It is on you how long this preparation stage last, I would say Do that as long you feel you are ready to go further . Give yourself some time .
Third
Begin to increase range of stretching back and forth movement. Do it slowly gradually observe changes in your breathing.
Forth
Bring your two hands to your chest in praying position. Hold your hands touching each other gently remain in position for a moment. Did you notice they are moving very slowly? that is natural movement you didn't do that but it's happening. Do nothing just stay in a position and enjoy .
After a time you will notice that your breathing rhythm changes and general feeling of relaxation follows.
Fifth
Holding your hands together start moving them left and right about 30 degrees, focus your eyes on a joined palms, for about two minutes. You are exercising patients, awareness, deeper breathing in sync with movement.
Do not rush anything, you are working on the best achievement, the moment of relaxation. Did you notice there's not much of disturbing thoughts.You can come back to this practice anytime you wish.
