Life ften takes the shape we give it.

Image
Life   often  takes the shape we give it. It reflects how you are feeling inside. If you are carrying anger, love may feel tinged with that emotion. If possessiveness or the need to control is present, life can take on those qualities too. Does li always follow the patterns within us? Or does it sometimes move in its own way, beyond our habits? Are you open to letting life guide you, even if it feels unfamiliar? You might discover a new way to enjoy life, shaped by love. Many of us spend years searching for the pure joy of life. It can feel elusive at times. Still, the hope remains. Perhaps pure love is simply unconditional love—embracing everyone equally, without expectation, is an ant answer cushion what's skirt. Can you imagine what that might feel like? Do you believe it is possible? By Andrzej

Understanding fear

Image
Understanding fear is fundamental to achieving inner freedom. While experiencing fear is a natural human response, acknowledging its presence is the initial step toward reducing its influence. Understanding fear  O ut of fear, we create barriers. Out of fear, we create barriers that give us a  false sense of safety. They give us a false sense of temporary safety, yet over time, they limit our inner freedom, making us slaves to fear. It takes courage, effort, and self-understanding to remove them. W hen pushed to the corner, the mind uses its abilities to create false stories or understandings that justify actions and satisfy feelings of danger. It does not matter if you fully believe these stories are true. That's what happens when we put ourselves in extremely stressful situations: our minds create fake stories that we believe are true, and nothing can change our belief. D ouble-crossing fear-protecting barrier  A very clever construction the mind creates ...

I consider myself an ordinary person.

Image
I consider myself an ordinary person.  I find myself increasingly drained and exhausted each day. Each day, I feel overwhelmed by ongoing pressure from politics and the media, which influence my expectations and attempt to define my happiness, regardless of my preferences. I am content with who I am. By Andrzej

Frog kissing story. It could be yours story to.

Image
Frog kissing M any of us know the story: a Prince sets out on a journey, meets a mysterious frog, and after a kiss, she transforms. Together, they find happiness. I enjoy this story as well, though I notice there are other ways it could unfold. The Prince had been searching for love and happiness for a long time. He was tired and hungry, traveling alone and wishing for companionship. Then he heard a voice—gentle, comforting, and inviting. It was everything he had been missing. He did not mind that she was a frog. He remembered the story of beauty hidden in an unexpected form. From here, the story can take different paths. You can choose which one feels right. A. He kissed her, and she became a princess. They lived together, and happiness stayed with them. B. He was so tired that he fell asleep before the kiss. When he woke up, he heard her speaking, this time to another traveler. C. He kissed her, and she became a crocodile. The Prince was no longer there. D. Or perhaps none of these f...

The Story of Tree

Image
I magine. Picture a young tree, three or four feet tall.  Its shape is simple and pleasing. The tree grows, taking in the scent of wet earth, the feeling of rain, and the warmth of sunlight on its branches. Now, something changes. A rope is tied to the tip of the tree, its other end fixed in the ground. As the tree grows, the rope gently pulls it to one side. The tree no longer feels at ease. All its energy goes into resisting the rope's pull. One day, the tree finds a way to release itself from the rope. Free again, it moves back and forth, sometimes quickly, as it adjusts to this new freedom. With time, the tree grows stronger and steadier. It stands tall, enjoying the scent of wet earth, the touch of rain, and the warmth of the sun on its branches.  By Andrzej

Umbrella.

Image
U mbrella.  I got caught in the rain and ended up soaked. There were clear signs of a storm, and someone even mentioned it to me. Still, I left my umbrella at home and went out anyway. The result was wet clothes and some frustration. Now, as I dry off, I notice the lesson. When there are signs of rain, bring your umbrella.  Paying attention to small warnings can help you avoid unnecessary trouble. By Andrzej

Anybody who can sit on a chair and stand up could practice and benefit.!

Image
If you can sit on a chair and stand up, you can try this practice. It is available to almost everyone, and you may find it helpful. T his is a gentle way to begin, especially if you are new to exercise or just want to start moving more. You can follow these simple steps at your own pace. Let’s begin with a little preparation. Start by choosing a sturdy chair that feels safe and comfortable for you. Sit gently near the edge of the chair, with your feet resting flat on the floor. Rest your hands softly on your knees. Let your spine grow tall and imagine looking softly into the distance. This can help you stay comfortable in the position. Stay in this position for as long as it feels comfortable for you.  As you sit this way, notice how your back muscles gently release. Over time, this can help your spine feel stronger and more flexible, and may ease tension in your shoulders and neck. W hen you feel ready, you might like to try a little more. Stand up and sit down again, in...

A tropical night meditation.

Image
A  tropical night meditation.   How does it feel to be the only one in the world?   I’m experiencing such a moment right now. Of course, I’m not truly alone. A cat lingers nearby, yet I have no idea what goes through his mind. He does not share such things. There is a jungle surrounding everything. It has its own life. Talking, singing, praying - but that’s the Jungle’ business; it wouldn’t share. Ok, some flowers look just wonderful; the earth, welcoming the rain, is so happy that it sends out an amazing fragrance. But that’s about all.   Further out, the lights of a town stand out against the surrounding darkness of the tropical night. The view is dramatic. One can stare forever, but the lights remain remote, immersed in their own life. And there is an ocean—the biggest mystery. Have you ever imagined its bottom, or wondered what lives there? Maybe wrecked ships, or another intelligent species. The surface glitters with moonlight. It doesn’t talk.  The cat s...

...at the beginning of time, happiness has been easy!

Image
At the beginning of time, life was but everlasting happiness, and being happy was so simple. Almost as big as the Sun, a huge ball of happiness had been always visible in the blue sky. Shining and radiating joy on everyone. All you do is just look at it and internal joy will arise in the same way as skin is getting tan when exposed to the Sun.  Yet we are all complainers. One day somebody said: I went out to enjoy myself, yet a cloud had overshadowed the sky for whole 3 minutes. Then some other person followed, Then some other find another reason to complain. And so on, and so on.  What they did not know was that every complaint will cause a little scratch in the Ball of Joy. Repeated, they would accumulate and cause cracks and gaps. And our complaints were coming and coming.   One day, the Ball cracked and scattered into billions of tiny little pieces. Now, they are all over the earth.  They are still here for us. Y et since that day, we have put in lots of eff...

Under this blue sky,

Blue sky, it's always blue.  Take a moment to notice the sky. Even when clouds pass by, the blue is always there. There is a bizarre sense of openness all around us. Sometimes, we place limits on ourselves without even noticing.   Andrzej

Most of us lead busy lives.

Image
Most of us lead busy lives. But what happens when that busyness comes to a stop? Notice the moments when you are not working. This is not about the times when work demands your full attention and energy. There is also a time to pause, relax, and notice how your day has unfolded. Meditation can help restore your natural energy at the end of the day. It helps you stay energized, work well, and enjoy your free time. At the heart of this is a simple truth: your mind shapes your experience. Often, your thoughts may rush ahead, worrying, planning, or expecting the worst. This kind of restless thinking can leave you feeling tired. I would like to share a gentle practice with you called 'Sitting well, doing nothing.' This meditation can help you gather back the energy that busy thoughts may have taken. You do not need anything special to start. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Simply rest and do nothing. Give yourself five minutes today to sit quietly. Let this be a time for gentle se...

.Go with the flow.

Image
Go with the flow.                                                It’s been a long time since he’s been here. Now, the young man arrived at the riverbank. It was just a river—not too wide, just curvy and flowing fast. The current was so strong that, even with water up to his chest, he couldn’t keep steady. Being young and ambitious, he took the current's strength as a challenge. He tried to walk against the flow, then to swim, relying on his excellent swimming skills. He put in a lot of effort, but his success was limited. After a while, he noticed that when he stopped walking against the stream, it would carry him along and even support his efforts. Realizing this, he let himself float for a moment, discovering that sometimes progress meant accepting the river’s guidance rather than resisting it.  BY ANDRZEJ
