My tropical fresh and my stress .What's is it about!
I add new tropical fish to my tank and spend time observing them.
At first, they swim to a hiding spot and remain there for a long time, only emerging during feeding. They seem stressed, unsure, and ready to run. Their movements are jerky, their bodies twisted and tense, with fins either stretched out aggressively or lying flat as if trying to hide. Their stress shows through physical reactions.
What about us?
Yes, I know we're humans, but what these fish have in common with us is remarkable. Think about your first day at a new job—shoulders up to your ears, sweaty palms, a pounding headache. Just like them, we manifest stress through physical reactions.Maybe we’re not that different from fish. Can you agree?
