"Sitting well, doing nothing"- meditation for all! 

        Enjoy peace of mind and serenity daily.





I'm not talking about a time wherever you are at work, maybe and line of clients piling up. You have no choice had to stay focused, all 100% of your energy in creation. We tap into our best.

 The phone needs daily charging; forget that, and the next day is a day of difficulties.
What about our Life Energy. Did you find your way to charge daily? Did that work? Are you ready for the next day?
Would you enjoy doing what you are supposed to be doing and still have no energy for the rest of the day?
 Today I want to introduce "Siting while, doing nothing"  meditation.

This way of meditation is simple; you'll need almost nothing to start. As it is said, sit comfortable, close your eye if you want, and literally do nothing.
O.K, all I ask of you is 15 minutes.
Spent that time observing yourself. That would be a very intent and exciting time. Don't try to do anything. No thinking, no fancy breathing. You might have a chance encounter with yourself as you never did before.
Was that difficult to sit that long and not move? What about the stage of your mind. I would not be surprised if you'll get aggravated and nervous. We are not a custom that situation. Your Mind and your  Brain have no idea how to deal with that.
