An easy way to handle a situation that made you anxious!
There is a gentle spot at the center of your palm, sometimes
called the Palace of Anxiety. To find it, bend your fingers and notice where your middle finger touches your palm, near the
side closest to your ring finger. When you feel uncertain or anxious, gently press and rub this point with your thumb. This simple practice can help you feel calmer, especially before a test or when speaking in front of others.
