Rest your hands at the top of your knees. Gently massage or tap along your thighs with soft, circular movements. Let your touch remain light and relaxed.
If it feels right, let your hands move down toward your feet, then return to your starting place. Listen to your body and only go as far as feels comfortable today.
If you wish, lean forward slightly.
Massage with an open palm, letting your movement feel natural as you stretch.
