My advice is to learn routine bit by bit and exercise a bit of patience.

Routine to follow.
Stand or sit with the body relaxed. Tell yourself that you are concluding massage, spared 2-3 minutes doing that meditation.
Rub the palms together until they become warm, then rub both cheeks with palms.
Separate and bend the fingers. Comb them through the hair slowly, moving from the forehead to the back the hair 8-10 times
With the fingers bent naturally, gently tap the top of the head with your fingertips for
8-10 times.
With a quick motion of the hands' sweep head from the top of the head to do shoulders and neck
Put each hand on its respective side of the chest. Push and stroke up and down the sides
of the body.
With the hands overlapped, gently massage the abdomen clockwise and then counterclockwise circles 10- 15, breathing softly.
Rub the hands against each other until warm, then massage the two sides of the lower
back.
Use both hands to pat and massage the whole body, including the arms, legs, lower back, and knees.
With quick Motion of the hands' sweep, whole body from shoulder to feet would as you wash your self from the water
