We are starting from the legs clapping exercise. That you should already know. I hope you enjoy that experience and the next step. Starting from clapping legs position make you clapping slow. Start counting how many times your leg clap. One. Two. Three ...... Continue as long as you can until you lose count. That will be your first success end also challenge. Please note how many times clapping will last. That will be your measurement of progress. Are you losing the count? do not desperate; continue "practice makes the master" Anytime you practice, that is a challenge to your memory. Enjoy the magic moments when Qi is in the air.  Relax  and slow down In Yin QI Gong, we practice movement which is slow, difficult to follow, and last for an extended time. That practice built movement coordination, muscle and strength, and flexibility and flexibility of the physical body. That requires concentration, focus, and determination and leaves no room for any thoughts.  Rhythmical movements coordinate no with deep breathing to stabilize the brain and will bring up a positive and peaceful state of mind which supports positive emotions of energetic balance – Gentleness, Kindness, Joy, and Compassion.  All of those are drops of positivity dissolving the accumulation of the negativity in the student’s Anger cup. The effects …..  The effects of our efforts do not directly mirror our actions. It is easy when we cut a piece of wood. The faster you move your saw, the faster I will miss the plank. Yes, yet the cutting blade's quality will add to it too. We are sending out interplanetary probes. It is the best action of the best of human thoughts and technology. Some will do as planned, and some will not.  I have a plan for living a happy, long-lasting marriage. What is the current divorce ratio? Sure, I know.   I have the best education possible, a very high IQ, and am dedicated and hard-working. Currently, I'm looking for a new job.   The falling tree makes room for the young one to grow. That's how forests last for a long. Falling actions build an experience necessary for future success.

Keeping legs strong help slow down the aging process! .We need a supply of oxygen and nutrition to keep our bodies functioning. Have you ever been in the conference room for too long? You start yawning, losing the power of clear thinking because your oxygen supply is too low. What is the reason - the brain wants more oxygen. I'm going to describe exercises to help with this issue. Start clapping feet together ,  (as in toe to toe) relax your hips and have them control most of the movement. Just start to do it a few times, as you are getting comfortable. I suggest two or three weeks of practice until you start your start difference. That part of the exercise activates blood circulation in the whole system of energy flow. You are just starting. It will be on you how fast you improve. At the time of your practice, your body will enjoy increased Energy and Blood flow. Practical effects are feeling as your leg gets stronger, you are getting Energy for everyday work, uplifting your mood,...

Meditation journey  Want to be happy? Just be happy.  Your happiness belongs to you. It is yours to create and maintain daily. Crucial is, do you have to believe that. If I say you're trying to be half pregnant and half not, you think I lost my mind.  Ask yourself - why are you trying to be happy and at the same time don't believe that this is possible. I  believe you are super smart to create your own continuation.  Good luck. Your happiness is around the  corner.

  Why we are getting older over time?     Is there any way to slow down ! Aging it's a process that lasts the whole of our life.  I would be possible to slow down and enjoy good health and well-being regardless of age?   Sooner or later, everybody experiences a midlife crisis. The midlife crisis could be considered as experiencing a lowering Life Energy moment. Many life changes are happening this time. Change in long-term work, divorce, search for a new partner, and move out of the country. Many changes in real life we experienced over that time, and the reason for that experience is a lower Life energy level. That process requires a unique understanding to take care of. Let's think of our Life energy like money in a bank account. When you were a newborn, your energy bank had no limit; we could do whatever we wanted. Life is simply good. My Brain and cell phone? Imagine. The new music app has just appeared on the market. It's amazing. Typical musical apps play music created by composers and performed by a musician. This one is different. The software seems to read in your mind; it recognizes what kind of music you would like to listen to and creates it on the spot. Almost composer and musician is making and playing the most private music for themselves. The piece responds to your thoughts, feelings, and dreams and resonates all over the body. When your mood is changing, the music is changing too. Phenomenal. What could be better? All you need is to download it to your cell.  In the world of technology and mass production, there is always something that the manufacturer won't tell you. Meditation. Time to meet yourself.

Would simple meditation in the philosophy of Life be a Life-changing moment? Oh, I believe everybody will like and deserve to find their own answer. I'm not talking about a time wherever you are at work, maybe and line of clients piling up. You have no choice had to stay focused, all 100% of your energy in creation. We tap into our best.  The phone needs daily charging; forget that, and the next day is a day of difficulties. What about our Life Energy. Did you find your way to charge daily? Did that work? Are you ready for the next day? Would you enjoy doing what you are supposed to be doing and still have no energy for the rest of the day?  Today I want to introduce "Siting while, doing nothing"  meditation. This way of meditation is simple; you'll need almost nothing to start. As it is said, sit comfortable, close your eye if you want, and literally do nothing. O.K, all I ask of you is 15 minutes.
