  Now we learn and practice dynamic movable stretches to build up flexibility, strength, smooth looking arms and..... more. Spring is beautiful yet your anger act strongly ! Exercise First  Respecting previous experience, start  from picking up praying position  spend two- or three-minute moving, clasped hands 30 degrees side to side, as we did before . Exercise second Gradually start moving clasped hands towards the top of your left shoulder. Once you’ve  finished  left side, start moving toward the right one. Practicing focus and  emotional balance . I have a special connection with the dragons, my saga of dragons continue . First Start sit back on the chair, hands are on the top of the knees and spend some time practicing previous exercise. That is very important as a clutching dragon in you also you need time for relaxing your body and mind  Second It is on you how long this preparation stage last, I would say Do that as long you feel you are ready to go further . Give yourself some time .   Third Begin to increase range of stretching back and forth movement. Do it slowly gradually observe changes in your breathing.    Forth Bring your two hands to your chest in praying position. Hold your hands touching each other gently remain in position for a moment. Get strong   and healthy naturally . Swimming dragon initial  exercise . Seat on the edge of the chair,  legs firmly  resting on the floor.  Put your   arm on the back of the body create loose fist resting  on  your back( kidney area where you feeling tired easy).   Move your fist up and down, that create massaging motion of the kidneys.  Continue for 2 minutes . Place your hands on the  tap of the knees, with rocking motion move your body back and forth.  Inhale when you are you leaning back, keep your lips slightly to allow more oxygen flowing in. Exhale when leaning toward knees. Put your  arm on the back of the body again, loose fist rest on your back area again. Massage the back again with loose fist, continue for additio nal 3 minutes.
