Exercise First Respecting previous experience, start from picking up praying position spend two- or three-minute moving, clasped hands 30 degrees side to side, as we did before . Exercise second Gradually start moving clasped hands towards the top of your left shoulder. Once you’ve finished left side, start moving toward the right one. Don't try to force of the movement that will improve with repetition , stayed focused on quality of the movement. Do you like what you do ?
