practice and benefit.

The simpler way to your health! 

It is perfect first step to practice for those who never do any exercise before and want to start. 

What you do, you just follow simple instruction.

Preparation practice.

  •       For the beginning pick up make a chair,  make sure  it is sturdy and able to handle your weight.
  •       Carefully sit on the of the edge of the chair, make sure your feet are firmly on the floor. Put hands on the top of the knees.
  •       Erect your spinal to  create position of eye as you look looking far away, that will help remind in position longer.
  •       Remind you deposition for as long as you are comfortable. 

 Sitting that way releasing muscles of the back repetitively, build up strength and flexibility over whole spine, release tension in the shoulder and neck.   


Next step: challenge yourself a little.

 Get up and seat again any style which is comfortable for you. Try and repeat  few times. Just consider sitting/standing as an exercise. Over the working days you sit and stand  many times .

Feeling stronger already?

Put your hands on level of chest, stand/sit again. Practice that for few times over the day.

 

Be aware

Be aware of the complex movement body must perform when sitting and standing; that awareness is crucial first step to physical, emotional  and intellectual successful life. Simple put : be aware.

 Are usually:  be careful and don't do not do too much, especially on the beginning...
