This exercise invites you to discover the subtle dance between your body and your emotions.

The most powerful lessons come from experience. Try this simple exercise to feel how your posture can gently shift your emotional state.
Settle into a chair and rest your palms gently on your inner thighs. Let your head drop, and your shoulders soften. Remain in this position for five to ten minutes, breathing slowly and tuning in to your feelings. If it feels overwhelming, pause and take a break. When you are ready, sit up tall, clench your fists on your thighs, open your eyes wide, and take in your surroundings.
End the exercise whenever you feel ready.
Move through this experience at your own pace. Allow its effects to settle and give yourself room to reflect.
