The new music app has just....

Image
I magine. The new music app has just appeared on the market.  It's amazing. Typical music apps play music composed by composers and performed by musicians. This one is different. The software seems to read your mind; it recognizes what kind of music you would like to listen to and creates it on the spot. Almost all composers and musicians make and play the most private music for themselves. The piece responds to your thoughts, feelings, and dreams, resonating throughout the body. When your mood changes, the music changes too. Phenomenal. What could be better? All you need to do is download it to your cell.  In the world of technology and mass production, there is always something that the manufacturer won't tell you. Medical drugs have side effects; food contains chemicals that threaten health.  In the case of our magical music app, there is also such a trick. The software is so...

How old am I really? As old as the calendar says?  As old as I feel or how I look?  How old am I? Am I as old as a calendar says? Or as old as I feel sometimes? Or as young as I feel from time to time?  Scientists have come to an understanding of the beginning of the world. Big Bang, they call it. Something just exploded (they are not sure what or why, but that’s another story). Anyway, as a result of that explosion, atoms came into existence, and since then, our whole world has continuously built on them. I want to understand that the atoms of my body have existed from the beginning of the universe.     Here is my question.  So the elements I am made of have existed since the beginning of the world. Question? If you assemble a car from parts that are twenty+ years old, how old is the car How old am I?       By Andrzej

In gardening, there are strict rules.

Image
s. Every plant has roots that hold its essence, color, shape, and beauty . Even though plants are different, each one is beautiful in its own way because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Each plant is unique, but they also have a lot in common. For example, all plants need water, sunlight, fresh air, and good soil to grow. Every plant also needs a gardener who values it and helps it thrive. When plants are cared for, they can handle being pruned or moved because these changes help them grow. They stay aware of themselves without being selfish, and they help make the whole garden beautiful. Even changes that seem far away are important, and plants accept these as part of what makes them beautiful. Like these plants, do we also grow best when our environment supports and nourishes us? Tap into your brain’s full potential.

Image
Tap into your brain’s full potential. Take a moment to consider your own intellectual potential and how your brain works. The brain needs a steady supply of oxygen and actually uses about 70% of the body’s total oxygen. When oxygen levels drop, it’s common to experience scattered thoughts, difficulty focusing, and reduced concentration. Imagine sitting through a long meeting with lots of people. You might find yourself yawning and massaging your neck to stay alert. That yawn is your brain’s way of asking for more oxygen. Qi Gong helps you breathe more deeply and slowly, which boosts your oxygen supply. Some exercises also relax your neck muscles, letting more blood reach your brain. This extra blood flow raises your oxygen levels and helps your brain work better. When you improve your Qi and oxygen flow, your brain can function at its best. However, this alone won’t eliminate distracting thoughts. To clear your mind and keep it that way, you need to train your brain. Active meditation ...

It’s not about the situation; it’s about how you handle it,"

Image
O nce,  a serious psychologist told me something important. "It’s not about the situation; it’s about how you handle it," she said. In response, I’d say: try smiling and clapping your hands before making a big decision.  "The perfect health appears when the body, mind, and spirit are in full synchronicity.”    By Andrzej

The more you smile at others, the more you receive from them

Image
The more you smile at others, the more you receive from them.  Life is meant to be enjoyed. Take a moment to ask yourself how often you smile  and consider how it can help reduce your stress levels, making you feel more relaxed throughout the day.  We do not need a special reason to smile. Just being alive is enough.  . W hen I keep asking people, "Would you please smile?"  I see all kinds of reactions. Some answer, "Oh, sure," while others respond, "Why? I don't have any reason." There are many answers in between. W hat is a smile? It often shows how we feel inside. When we are happy, our face relaxes, and a gentle smile appears. But what if reason does not come easily? My suggestion is to practice smiling, even without a special reason, to boost your confidence and treat yourself to something sweet, enjoying it with the simple delight a child might feel. W hen your face shows joy, your body follows. Let's reverse that. When your body is relaxed, ...

Dictionary of strange words - Love

Image
Love    Life becomes what you allow it to be. It reflects how you are within. When you carry anger inside, love can feel heavy. If possessiveness takes over, love can feel restricted. The same is true if you find yourself needing to control. Does life need to follow your usual patterns? Or has it succeeded in its own gentle way?  By Andrzej

Life takes the shape we give it.

Image
Life   often  takes the shape we give it. It reflects how you are feeling inside. If you are carrying anger, love may feel tinged with that emotion. If possessiveness or the need to control is present, life can take on those qualities too. Does li always follow the patterns within us? Or does it sometimes move in its own way, beyond our habits? Are you open to letting life guide you, even if it feels unfamiliar? You might discover a new way to enjoy life, shaped by love. Many of us spend years searching for the pure joy of life. It can feel elusive at times. Still, the hope remains. Perhaps pure love is simply unconditional love—embracing everyone equally, without expectation, is an ant answer cushion what's skirt. Can you imagine what that might feel like? Do you believe it is possible? By Andrzej

Understanding fear

Image
Understanding fear is fundamental to achieving inner freedom. While experiencing fear is a natural human response, acknowledging its presence is the initial step toward reducing its influence. Understanding fear  O ut of fear, we create barriers. Out of fear, we create barriers that give us a  false sense of safety. They give us a false sense of temporary safety, yet over time, they limit our inner freedom, making us slaves to fear. It takes courage, effort, and self-understanding to remove them. W hen pushed to the corner, the mind uses its abilities to create false stories or understandings that justify actions and satisfy feelings of danger. It does not matter if you fully believe these stories are true. That's what happens when we put ourselves in extremely stressful situations: our minds create fake stories that we believe are true, and nothing can change our belief. D ouble-crossing fear-protecting barrier  A very clever construction the mind creates ...

Qi Gong Guide . I often feel tired around 3:00 in the afternoon.

Image
I often feel tired around 3:00 in the afternoon.  Can Qi Gong help with this? Feeling tired during the day, especially after a busy morning, is something many people experience. Our energy often goes up and down, so we look for ways to feel better. Practicing Qigong can help gently restore your energy. Over time, you might notice that this renewed energy lasts longer each day. A lot of people call this the daily drop in energy, the '3:00 slump.' It’s that time when we feel tired for about an hour before our energy returns. To understand why this happens, it helps to look at how Qigong explains the flow of energy. F irst, we all have a form of energy—let’s call it life energy. In Chinese culture, this is called Qi. S econd, when this energy moves smoothly through the body, we usually feel healthy and full of energy. Th ird, the flow of energy changes throughout the day. Around 3:00, our life energy shifts, which is why we often feel tired then. This is a normal part of our d...

Frog kissing story. It could be yours story to.

Image
Frog kissing M any of us know the story: a Prince sets out on a journey, meets a mysterious frog, and after a kiss, she transforms. Together, they find happiness. I enjoy this story as well, though I notice there are other ways it could unfold. The Prince had been searching for love and happiness for a long time. He was tired and hungry, traveling alone and wishing for companionship. Then he heard a voice—gentle, comforting, and inviting. It was everything he had been missing. He did not mind that she was a frog. He remembered the story of beauty hidden in an unexpected form. From here, the story can take different paths. You can choose which one feels right. A. He kissed her, and she became a princess. They lived together, and happiness stayed with them. B. He was so tired that he fell asleep before the kiss. When he woke up, he heard her speaking, this time to another traveler. C. He kissed her, and she became a crocodile. The Prince was no longer there. D. Or perhaps none of these f...

The Story of Tree

Image
I magine. Picture a young tree, three or four feet tall.  Its shape is simple and pleasing. The tree grows, taking in the scent of wet earth, the feeling of rain, and the warmth of sunlight on its branches. Now, something changes. A rope is tied to the tip of the tree, its other end fixed in the ground. As the tree grows, the rope gently pulls it to one side. The tree no longer feels at ease. All its energy goes into resisting the rope's pull. One day, the tree finds a way to release itself from the rope. Free again, it moves back and forth, sometimes quickly, as it adjusts to this new freedom. With time, the tree grows stronger and steadier. It stands tall, enjoying the scent of wet earth, the touch of rain, and the warmth of the sun on its branches.  By Andrzej

Umbrella.

Image
U mbrella.  I got caught in the rain and ended up soaked. There were clear signs of a storm, and someone even mentioned it to me. Still, I left my umbrella at home and went out anyway. The result was wet clothes and some frustration. Now, as I dry off, I notice the lesson. When there are signs of rain, bring your umbrella.  Paying attention to small warnings can help you avoid unnecessary trouble. By Andrzej

Anybody who can sit on a chair and stand up could practice and benefit.!

Image
If you can sit on a chair and stand up, you can try this practice. It is available to almost everyone, and you may find it helpful. T his is a gentle way to begin, especially if you are new to exercise or just want to start moving more. You can follow these simple steps at your own pace. Let’s begin with a little preparation. Start by choosing a sturdy chair that feels safe and comfortable for you. Sit gently near the edge of the chair, with your feet resting flat on the floor. Rest your hands softly on your knees. Let your spine grow tall and imagine looking softly into the distance. This can help you stay comfortable in the position. Stay in this position for as long as it feels comfortable for you.  As you sit this way, notice how your back muscles gently release. Over time, this can help your spine feel stronger and more flexible, and may ease tension in your shoulders and neck. W hen you feel ready, you might like to try a little more. Stand up and sit down again, in...

A tropical night meditation.

Image
A  tropical night meditation.   How does it feel to be the only one in the world?   I’m experiencing such a moment right now. Of course, I’m not truly alone. A cat lingers nearby, yet I have no idea what goes through his mind. He does not share such things. There is a jungle surrounding everything. It has its own life. Talking, singing, praying - but that’s the Jungle’ business; it wouldn’t share. Ok, some flowers look just wonderful; the earth, welcoming the rain, is so happy that it sends out an amazing fragrance. But that’s about all.   Further out, the lights of a town stand out against the surrounding darkness of the tropical night. The view is dramatic. One can stare forever, but the lights remain remote, immersed in their own life. And there is an ocean—the biggest mystery. Have you ever imagined its bottom, or wondered what lives there? Maybe wrecked ships, or another intelligent species. The surface glitters with moonlight. It doesn’t talk.  The cat s...
